Spring 2024 Walkway Upgrade By The Lawn Artist
When recent utility work left a previously paved area in disrepair, The Lawn Artist was called in to restore—and elevate—the outdoor experience with a fresh, modern touch.
For this Spring 2024 Update, we installed a beautifully crafted Unilock Treo Premier Walkway, known for its durability and timeless aesthetic. To complement the new path, we integrated a Salt & Pepper Granite Step, adding both function and a sleek, polished finish to the entrance. The surrounding area was revitalized with fresh loam and premium grass seed, setting the stage for a thick, vibrant lawn that enhances curb appeal.

The Challenges In The Design
This project began with a challenge: restoring a walkway area that had been disrupted by new underground utility installations. The uneven base and leftover debris required thorough excavation and grading before any hardscape work could begin. Our team also had to work around tight access points and protect surrounding structures while rebuilding from the ground up. Precision and timing were key to ensuring a seamless blend with the existing landscape.
